Jess sighed softly as he felt calm come over him, a bit confused where that had come from before it clicked. He glanced over just as Rex went into the tent, smiling softly. He was really going to have to make it up to Rex at some point for helping him like this. Once everyone had gotten something to eat, Jess got up and began packing away any of the left overs in tupperware containers he had had the foresight to grab when they stole from the store earlier.

Lance smiled, turning on a radio and setting it in the middle of camp while him and the rest of the boys started packing, whistling along. "Hey Jess, wanna help?" He asked, gesturing to the tent. "Looks like Peter and Vince already left to grab some cars, so we'll be out of here in twenty minutes or so."

Jess nodded, heading over to Lance. "I was about to see if you'd want help with anything." He said pleasantly, happily helping Lance get it packed up. "I don't want to feel too useless." He hummed.

"Jess, literally all you could do is cook and we would be more appreciative than you know," Lance said, starting to take down the tent, making sure all of his things were packed. "Believe me. No one wants to eat ramen while on the run from law."

Jess blushed a bit, helping Lance get the tent packed away. "Well, I'll be sure to be doing cooking from now on. No need to live only on ramen, at least not without adding things to it." He said with a little smile.

Lance beamed, grabbing a couple of bags when he saw Peter and Vince driving up, the European's driving a bit more hectic, still not quite used to American cars. "You chariots await," Peter said, hopping out of a nondescript van, starting to help load up their things.

"Excellent. You're taking the smaller car while I'll take the van," Peter said, taking the keys from a disgruntled Vince to pass to Jess. "I'll have Jess and Rex ride with you. We carry walky-talkies for this sort of things, so if we get split up, Lance can contact me."
